Refund Policy

1. Exception to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Application: Since each 3D print made by MANUFAC'3D is manufactured on demand from specific files, no order validated and launched into production can be subject to a refund, return or exchange for a simple change of mind.

2. Order cancellation

Before production: If the customer wishes to cancel their order before printing has started, a full refund can be issued.

After launch: Once the manufacturing process has started (slicing finalized and printing underway), no refunds will be accepted.

3. Defective or non-conforming products

Despite our quality control, if a part has a major manufacturing defect (outside of normal FDM characteristics such as layer striations):

The customer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt at manufac3d17@gmail.com.

Detailed photos of the defect must be attached to the application.

Solution: If the defect is confirmed and falls under MANUFAC'3D's responsibility, we will reprint the part free of charge. A refund will only be considered if reprinting is technically impossible.

4. Responsibility related to the files provided

MANUFAC'3D is not responsible for printing failures or part fragility if the STL/3mf/SVG file provided by the customer contains design errors. In this case, no refund will be issued.

5. Return costs

In the exceptional case where a return is accepted by MANUFAC'3D, the return shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer, except in the case of a clear error on our part regarding the product delivered.
