My name is Jérémie Vauchel. Passionate about additive manufacturing, I launched MANUFAC'3D in December 2023 with a clear vision: to put cutting-edge technology at the service of your projects, from the most creative to the most technical.

My expertise extends far beyond simply pressing the "print" button. As a CAD graduate, I speak the same language as engineers and designers. This expertise allows me to verify the viability of your files and advise you on optimizing your parts even before production begins. As a maintenance expert, I personally repair and optimize my own machinery, ensuring continuous service and consistent precision.

• Speed & Precision: A fleet of Bambulab (P1S, H2S) and Creality K2 Plus for your urgent needs.

• XL Capacity: With the Anycubic Kobra 3 Max, I can produce your large format pieces up to 42 x 42 x 50 cm.

• Mass production: A capacity for simultaneous printing on multiple machines (Kobra 3, 3v2, S1 Combo) to reduce your lead times.

Mastery of Materials & Infinite Palette

Because each project has unique constraints, I work with a wide range of technical polymers:

• Eco-responsibility: Use of recycled PLA for your prototypes and decorative objects.

• Technical expertise: Mastery of ASA (UV resistant), ABS, PETG and PA 6 (Nylon) for industrial mechanical parts.

• Flexibility: TPU printing for your flexible parts.

• Unlimited choice: With over 80 color references in stock, the only limit is your imagination.
