GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC) - MANUFAC'3D

2. PRICE AND VAT
The prices of our 3D printing services are indicated in Euros (€).
Mandatory legal notice: "VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code."
The total order price is the one indicated when the quote is validated or the online purchase is made. Shipping costs are calculated separately.
3. ORDERING AND PAYMENT TERMS
Online payment: By credit card via the site's secure payment provider.
Bank Transfer (Manual Payment): For orders based on a quote, the customer will receive bank details (RIB). Production will only begin after the funds have been received in MANUFAC'3D's bank account.
Late payment: Any late payment may result in late payment penalties.
4. SPECIFICITIES OF 3D PRINTING
Customer files: MANUFAC'3D prints from STL/3mf/SVG files provided by the customer. We are not responsible for design errors (parts that are too thin, impossible to fit together, etc.).
Visual aspect: The client accepts that 3D printing (FDM) may exhibit visible layer lines, which is not a manufacturing defect but a characteristic of the technology.
Use of parts: Unless otherwise stated, the parts are prototypes or decorative objects. They must not be used for safety applications (load carrying, extreme heat, food contact except for PETG material).
5. NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
Since each 3D print is unique and made to order, no cancellation or refund is possible once manufacturing has started.
6. DELIVERY AND DELAYS
Shipping times are estimates only. MANUFAC'3D will inform the customer in case of significant delays (machine breakdown, filament stock shortage). The customer assumes all risks associated with shipping from the moment the package is handed over to the carrier.
7. DISPUTES AND MEDIATION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer may contact the seller for an amicable solution. Failing that, the customer has the option of resorting to a consumer mediator (mandatory for a self-employed individual).
