Delivery Policy

MANUFACTURING AND SHIPPING TIMES

3D printing is an on-demand manufacturing process.

Processing time: Each order requires preparation time (file verification, slicing, printing, post-processing).

Shipping: Once the item is finished, it is handed over to the carrier (La Poste, Mondial Relay, etc.). The average delivery time is 48 to 72 hours.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and volume of the item. For orders requiring a quote, they are shown separately.

RECEIPT AND COMPLAINTS

Mandatory verification: The customer is required to check the condition of the packaging and the part in the presence of the delivery person if possible, or immediately upon receipt.

Damage during transport: If a part is broken during transport, the customer must report the damage to MANUFAC'3D within 48 hours by email with supporting photos. After this period, no transport-related claims will be accepted.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us because the customer did not collect it from the collection point or provided an incorrect address, the customer will be solely responsible for the reshipping costs. Given the personalized nature of the product, no refund will be issued for unclaimed packages.
